Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide (without tracking). 
We use DHL as courier. In case you need your item faster, please contact us by email at info [at] saskashaw.com and we will investigate options to get it to you sooner than by standard delivery. 

Once your order shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via DHL. 

Dispatchment time 

All orders will dispatch within 1-2 business days after purchase. They will dispatch directly from Germany.  

PLEASE NOTE: SASKA SHAW cannot be held accountable for delays in shipping times as these are estimates and actual shipping times may exceed the times advised by DHL Germany.  

Dependent on country/continent, estimated shipping times are: 

Germany   1-3 business days  

Europe   3-5 business days 

USA & Canada   12- 19 business days 

Asia   12-19 business days 

Australia & New Zealand  12-19 business days
